'Sweet Relief® Silver' Skin Rescue Cream

Sweet Relief Silver™ Skin Rescue Cream is a gentle, non-steroid cream enriched with silver ions, specially formulated for skin that has been rubbed or scraped, resulting in bald patches or minor abrasions. It is also widely used as a regular midge barrier for more sensitive areas such as the face, teats and sheath.

• The mildest cream in the Sweet Relief range - suitable for use on minor wounds and abrasions. An ideal addition to your equine first-aid kit.

It can also be used on skin where excess keratin has led to hardened patches.

Always patch test before using extensively. Spread a thin layer on target areas and massage in by hand, twice a day. If the target area is moist, apply a drying powder first (such as our Flowers & Zinc) to absorb moisture and help the cream adhere. Once any dry or crusty patches have been resolved, Sweet Relief Cream or Lotion are suitable for maintaining healthy, intact skin.

A: Sweet Relief Silver™ is the mildest cream in the range and is suitable for use on stressed skin - including minor wounds, abrasions and rubbed patches. Sweet Relief® Cream is stronger and better suited to intact skin with more established itching or rubbing.

Q: How often should I apply Sweet Relief Silver™ Cream?
A: We recommend applying to target areas once or twice a day, gently massaging in with fingers.

Q: What if the target area is wet or moist?
A: If the skin is wet or moist, we recommend applying a drying powder first - such as our Flowers & Zinc - to absorb the moisture and help the cream adhere to the skin.
