We use Royal Mail Tracked services.  Wherever possible we dispatch orders received on weekdays before 1300 on the same day. There are no dispatches at weekends or on public holidays.

For U.K. orders worth £200 or above postage is free of charge.  This will automatically be applied at Checkout.

Local customers can pick up orders directly from Rowde or Orcheston, Wiltshire, saving on delivery cost.  Place an order by calling 01273 278187 or email us on contact@bitebackproducts.co.uk (rather than ordering from this website) and we can arrange it.  Please give us a couple of days notice if you can.

We also sell on Amazon, delivery is next day on most of the range for Prime customers, although it's a more expensive way to buy.

 

European Union

If ordering direct from us - we're not experts on the Customs regulations for each country, so please do check before ordering that the products are permitted within your country. 

We don't charge any UK VAT on the products and there shouldn't be any customs duties to pay, as the products are of UK origin. However you will have to pay import VAT (and possibly local courier fees) when you receive your parcel, please see below for more details.  

We offer a choice of Royal Mail International Tracked (0-30kg) or UPS (0-10kg). The postage price depends on the weight of the parcel - this will be calculated at Checkout.  Import VAT is due on all parcels no matter what the size. Delivery speed depends on the country but it is 5-7 days for most countries.

If a customer decides to refuse the parcel at point of delivery, we will refund the product costs but not the shipping, and there is a returns charge of £1.50 per item.
