Our Customer Charter

Our aim to produce applications and treatments for skin conditions in horses, dogs and humans that are:

SAFE:  which means we will not use any ingredients in concentrations which are known to cause irritation or which may exacerbate existing conditions. We will use dilutions and combinations recommended by the manufacturer. We will use reputable suppliers.

NATURAL:  which means we will endeavour to use ingredients of natural, vegetable origin wherever we can and seek to choose COSMOS approved or organic cosmetic ingredients of human grade
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY:  which means we will not use ingredients such as permethrin insecticides that are potentially harmful to aquatic or terrestrial wildlife. We will be careful to dispose of chemicals which can pollute the environment using the manufacturer’s recommendations.  We use packaging that can be easily recycled using kerbside collections. We are endeavouring to eliminate ingredients such as palm oil, and are switching over to cold process manufacturing, which uses less energy than hot.

AFFORDABLE: which means we will endeavour to keep our costs as low as possible by careful choice of supplier and economical methods of production

UNIQUE: which means you will rarely find these products in the shops – we will make them all from our original recipes in small batches by hand

GUARANTEED:  which means we will immediately replace any product at our own expense that is damaged or sent in error or fails to make a difference to the condition it has been purchased for

SUPPORTED: which means that we will make ourselves available to answer customer questions and concerns about our products
EFFICIENT: which means we will aim to streamline all our contacts with customers and dispatch within one working day of the order being made.
CRUELTY FREE: which means that our products are not tested on animals. The exception to this is when we try them out on our own pets/ horses or via our customer panel before placing on the market - in which case testing is very careful, controlled and safe.
