Great for fly magnets, like my guys
"I have 3 boys, 2 are big Clydesdales and can't think how I could manage these fly magnets without this, and the other biteback products. I also love the lotion which is so easy to apply."

Sweet Relief® Cream is a plant-based barrier cream specially formulated for horses that are bothered by midges and have a tendency to rub themselves after being bitten. Trusted by horse owners for over 16 years, it works by forming a protective layer on the skin while actively soothing the skin and supporting a calm, healthy coat.
Apply to intact skin only — if abrasions are present, try our Silver Cream first. Always patch test before use. From early spring through to autumn, apply a thin layer daily to the mane, tail and other target areas, massaging well into any toughened patches. Use with care on sensitive areas such as the face, sheath or teats, as this is the strongest product in the range. Avoid applying in direct summer sun — apply morning or evening instead, or consider Sweet Sun Relief cream, which includes SPF 30+.
A 500ml pot typically lasts around 3 weeks during peak season.
Q: How often should I apply Sweet Relief® Cream?
A: We recommend applying daily throughout midge season, from early spring through to autumn. The ideal time to apply is just before dusk.
Q: What kind of skin does this suit?
A: This product is best suited to intact skin. If your horse has any areas that are not fully intact, we'd recommend using our Silver Cream in the first instance.
Q: How long will a 500ml pot last?
A: A 500ml pot typically lasts around 3 weeks during peak midge season, depending on the size of the horse and the target areas.
Q: What is the shelf life of Sweet Relief® Cream?
A: Sweet Relief® Cream has a shelf life of 24 months after opening.
Q: Is Sweet Relief® Cream safe for competition horses?
A: Yes - the product is FEI legal.
Q: Is the cream suitable for sensitive areas?
A: Please use with care on sensitive areas such as the face, sheath or teats, as this is the strongest product in the range.
Q: Is Sweet Relief® Cream vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Yes - all Biteback products are plant-based, vegan, cruelty-free and environmentally kind.
Q: Does it contain Neem?
A: No, Sweet Relief® Cream does not contain any Neem.
Q: Why would I choose Sweet Relief® Cream over Sweet Relief® Lotion?
A: The cream is more concentrated and stronger than the lotion, making it particularly well suited to horses that need more intensive support.
Q: Can I use Sweet Relief® Cream alongside other topical products?
A: It is safe to use alongside all other Biteback products. If using with other topicals, please patch test extensively before applying more widely.

"As with the spray, I've only been using this for a week and targeting his problem areas. I've already seen an improvement in the mane and tail. His chest and neck are still being rubbed at the moment but this is his main area for it so it will take a bit more time. Easy to apply, pleasant smell"
